Gypsum is a naturally occurring, white mineral color (gypsum stone), which consists of approx. 20% crystal water.

Unfired gypsum is typically used as an additive especially for colored soil and mineral paints.

If the gypsum is heated to 120-130 °, the gypsum releases ¾ of its crystal water and the so-called "burnt" gypsum is obtained, which has typically been used for interior plaster repairs and repairs of cracks, for example in walls and for div. castings. When gypsum is stirred with water, it reabsorbs its "crystal water" and hardens to a solid mass.

The special thing about stucco is that it is fired at 150-180 ° and has a quick cure when added to water.

Application

For interior repairs in plaster and masonry. Layer thickness 5-50mm.

Miscibility with other colors

Can be mixed with all colors.

Coverage

In glue color reasonable, in oil none.

Binders

Can be used with all binders, except silicate bases such as water glass, where it forms insoluble calcium silicate.

Safety

Non-toxic. However, it is recommended to use a dust mask.
