Delivery
We strive to deliver the item within 5 working days after the items have been ordered in our webshop, however, there may be busyness that may extend the delivery time. Larger deliveries are made by appointment.
Prices
All orders are sent with GLS or Postnord, The final shipping is stated when paying the shopping cart.
Reservation
Reservations are made for force majeure, typing errors, image errors, price changes, discontinued goods and supplier failure.
30 day full return policy
The item must be returned undamaged and in original packaging. Tinted paints and wallpaper are not returned. Return shipping is borne by the customer.
2 year warranty
In accordance with Danish law, all goods are covered by a 2-year warranty. If there are errors or defects in an item, the item will be exchanged, repaired or refunded.
We promise a minimum of 6 months shelf life on our wall and ceiling paints, if they are stored correctly (cool & without frost) and the packaging / lid is not broken.
In no case are decor colors responsible for operating losses, loss of time, lost earnings or other financial consequential losses. The above limitation of our liability does not apply if we have been guilty of gross negligence.
